Service Technician
Job Description:
Pest Management for an established route is the primary focus and the individual will need to be competent in selling services as the opportunity presents it self.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Soliciting = 10%
2. Past due collection = 10%
3. Pest Control Service = 80%
Knowledge and Skill:
This position requires skills needed to control pest in and around customer’s homes or business safety and effectively. Positive communication skills are essential.
Training:
Onstar Pest Control will provide onsite training in all State required areas as well as specialized training in customer service relations and pest management beyond State and Federal requirements. Trainee will ride with an experienced technician to observe while in the on the job training phase and will be allowed to make application under supervision until competent in all areas.
Physical Requirements:
You will find it necessary to pick up materials to be used in the performance of duties that may weigh as much as 50lb.
What type of equipment typically must be used in this job?
You will be required to drive a company vehicle to and from customer’s homes regularly. Equipment with involved operating procedures such as tank mixing and pumping mixtures in and around structures. Also use of compressed air sprayers, power duster, bulb duster, drills, ect.

Hours: 8:00 until 5:00 (most days)
Days: Monday - Friday ( on call 1 Saturday per month)
Pay: Training hourly rate / Salary plus commission on route.
Paid Vacation: Five Days after 12 continuous months
Paid Holidays: From Start
Paid Sick Days: Two Days after 12 continuous months
Vehicle: Furnished for work and to and from home
