I have been using Onstar Pest Control for at least four years. Originally I called Onstar because they were a local business, and we always try to support the small businesses. Richard came to our house to give us our initial treatment. He was courteous and respectful and we felt comfortable allowing him to be in our home when we were away for the first spray. We have since moved out of Oakdale and relocated to Lathrop. We continue to use Onstar Pest Control and Richard is still servicing our home even though it is 25 miles from the home office. We rarely see bugs in between service calls, but when we do, Onstar is very prompt to come out and spray in between the regular service dates. One instance stands out in my mind that exemplifies amazing customer service. I was at work and Richard called me to let me know that when he showed up to my house my front door was ajar. He closed the door and sprayed the exterior waiting for me to come home, which took about 15 minutes. Then he walked through my house with me to make sure there was no one in there and that nothing was disturbed or missing. I really appreciated that since I didn’t know if I had been robbed, or was just careless when leaving that morning. I will refer your company to anyone looking for Pest Control!

I don’t exactly know how many years we’ve had Onstar Pest Control, but I do know that before we had them we had all kinds of bug problems and mice in the house. We live out in the country, so we are used to having special pest related problems. Since we got Onstar, the pests stay outside. Onstar Pest Control is the best around!!! We live in the country and the company we used previously was no match for Onstar. Onstar Pest Control has rid our home completely of spiders and those pesky beetles that seem to be everywhere. They have done a fantastic job at keeping mice away as well. They also do a great job of keeping the wasps around our house at bay, by spraying and knocking down nests. It really helps! Their customer service is unbelievable. Onstar Pest Control, Inc. has been spraying my property from the start of the company’s existence, the owner Mr. Dan Eskew is a kind honorable man who stands behind his work. Dan sprays for me every other month and in between sprayings if I see any creepy crawlers I make one phone call and someone is out to my house within a couple of days if not sooner. I honestly cannot think of one complaint, only compliments.
